The excursion to the ancient Tartar settlement is an opportunity to see Kazan in the style of the 18th and 19th centuries. It is possible to visit the museum of the Tartar poet Gabdulla Tukaya, a house-museum of the Kayum Nasyri of the Ancient Tartar period. In 1992 the Tatar settlement received the status of historical and architectural territory of the Tatar academic theater of Galiaskar Kamal.
